Al Morgan began his career as a jeweler at the R.P. Mundell company in Kingston, Jamaica, where he apprenticed for 5 years. He became Head Jeweler, a position he held for three years before migrating to Chicago, Illinois, where he was employed by J.M.Rubenstein and served as Master Platinum and Goldsmith.

In 1973 Al purchased his own business in Punta Gorda, FL, and since has designed thousands of exquisite pieces for a myriad of satisfied patrons from England, France, Sweden, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States.
